Call for Paper
CONFLUENCE 2027: National Conference on Emerging Trends in Interdisciplinary Research invites full-length original research papers from academicians, industry professionals, researchers, R&D organizations, government agencies, and research scholars. The conference aims to provide a platform for presenting innovative ideas, recent advancements, and practical solutions in emerging technologies and multidisciplinary domains.
Instructions for Preparing Manuscripts
1. General Instructions
Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality, and unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration elsewhere. All submissions must be in English and prepared in MS Word format. A double-blind peer review process will be followed.
2. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include: Title Page, Article Information, SDG Alignment, Abstract, Keywords, Citation Format, and Main Sections.
3. Title Page
Include Paper Title (16 pt bold), Author Names (12 pt), Affiliations (10 pt), Department, Institution, City, Country, and Corresponding Author Email.
4. Article Information
Include Type of Article and dates: Received, Revised, Accepted, and Published.
5. SDG Alignment
Clearly indicate alignment with relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
6. Abstract
150–250 words including background, objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
7. Keywords
Provide 4–6 keywords separated by commas.
8. Main Sections
Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Future Scope.
9. Formatting Guidelines
Font: Times New Roman, Size: 10 pt, Spacing: 1.5, Margins: 1 inch, Alignment: Justified.
10. References
Follow APA style. Include DOI where available. Ensure all references are cited in text. Include recent references.
11. Ethical Requirements
Originality required, plagiarism ≤10%, proper citation, no simultaneous submissions.
12. AI Usage Policy
AI tools may be used only for language assistance and must be disclosed. AI cannot be listed as an author.
13. Copyright & Licensing
Published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License. Authors retain copyright.
14. Submission Checklist
Ensure formatting, plagiarism compliance, references, figures/tables, SDG alignment.

Peer Review Procedure and Process
CONFLUENCE 2027: National Conference on Emerging Trends in Interdisciplinary Research will follow a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of all accepted submissions. The process is outlined as follows:
a) Initial Screening:
All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin). Papers must meet the prescribed similarity index threshold (Similarity index ≤ 10%, and AI plagiarism 0%). Submissions exceeding this limit will be rejected without further review. Any instance of plagiarism identified at any stage may lead to immediate rejection or retraction.
b) Assignment to Reviewers:
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be assigned to a minimum of two to three expert reviewers from the Technical Program Committee and external domain specialists to ensure an unbiased evaluation.
c) Peer Review Process:
The conference will adopt a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on originality and novelty, Technical/Academic Quality, and clarity of presentation
d) Reviewer Feedback:
Reviewers will provide constructive comments and recommendations (accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject). Authors will receive feedback for necessary improvements.
e) Decision Making:
The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection will be made by the Program/Technical Chairs based on reviewers' comments. In case of conflicting reviews, additional evaluation may be conducted.
f) Revision and Resubmission:
Authors of papers requiring revisions must submit updated manuscripts (along with a response to reviewers' comments in a separate file) within the stipulated timeline. Revised papers will be re-evaluated to ensure compliance with reviewer suggestions.
g) Final Acceptance and Notification:
Accepted papers will be communicated to authors, and final camera-ready versions will be collected for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to formatting and copyright compliance.
